Operation P.U.L.S.E
Operation P.U.L.S.E. (People United to Live in a Safe Environment) is a crime prevention program designed to positively impact the removal of crime and violence from the East Baltimore community. In partnership with the Johns Hopkins Medical Institution Corporate Security, Operation P.U.L.S.E. trains volunteers with an extensive Crime Prevention Course in Operation Identification, Conflict Management, Public Relations, Courtroom Training, Citizens on Patrol, and, most importantly, Evangelism.
